MEETING OF RATEPAYERS (Special to THE SUN) TUAKAU, To-day. A meeting; of the Onewhero Ratepayers’ Association was held recently at which the following officers were elected: President, Mr. L. W. Keals; vice-presidents, Messrs. R. J. Glasgow, H. Eyre, H. Dyer; secretary and treasurer, Mr. C. Walter; committee, Messrs. R. McKibbin. B. Watson, E. Parson, J. Cathcart, T. Miller, H. Pellow, G. Logan, J. Henderson, J. McDonald, F. Andrews. A. E. Allen, J. H. Eyre, E. Nolan, J. Dromgool, G. Revell and B. Walter. Mr. Keals, the president, reported that good work had been done by the association on behalf of the ratepayers. Residents of Onewhero have begun the formation of a golf club and a preliminary meeting has already oeen held at the house of Mr. P. G. R. Taylor. A committee was appointed to inspect various properties to discover a good course.
