An event of considerable interop In sporting circles will be the m»rri»a« , at Knox Presbyterian Church, Parnell, next Wednesday afternoon of Mr. j. Richardson, the famous All Black footballer, to Miss Ela Hutchison, of Auckland. Mr. Richardson retired I to go into business at Invercargill a year or two ago. He captained the 1924 All Blacks in the Tests in England, Ireland and Wales, and was regarded as one of the finest forwards New Zealand has produced. He is at present secretary of the Southland Rugby Union and the Southland Boxing Association.
