Home-delivery subscribers being Policemen or Rail or Tramway Employees in uniform, and Drivers, Firemen, Guards. Inspectors, Conductors, and Stewards of Passenger Railway Trains; Captains, Engineers, Firemen, Deckhands of ferry boats; Taxi car and Cab drivers and Private Hire Car (including service and/or touring car). Omnibus, Cab. Coach and Passenger Vehicle drivers while on duty (excluding any driver intoxicated at the time of the accident) shall be deemed fare-paying passengers and any person whose fare has been paid or is paid by another person shall also be deemed a fare-paying passenger; and the expression “fare" includes any cash remuneration or hire money. (d) IN THE CASE OF PERMANENT TOTAL or PARTIAL DISABLEMENT, that notice oi the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within fourteen (14) days of the accidenL (e) IN THE CASE OF TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within seven (7) days of the accident. (f) That Medical Certificates and other necessary information be furnished by the claimant upon requesL (g) That the total liability In respect of claims arising out of any one railway accident or disaster which results in the death within thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1000; in any such event the said sum of one thousand pounds (£1000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster other than railway accidents which results In the death within thirty days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds (£1000). In the event of such happening the said sum of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata. (i) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another person cr riding upon a luggage or pillion-carrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. (j) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is In a state of intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs, insanity, war. riot, or civil commotion. (k) That In the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation. It Is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medicalreferee to be nominated by THE SUN, whose decision shall be binding upon the parties. (l) That the wife or husband of a Home Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a Home Delivery Subscriber for all the purposes of the coupon. (m) THE SUN reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at fourteen days' notice. such notice to be published in THE SUN.
