ROYAL IRISH ACADEMY MR. JUSTICE HIGGINS’S WILL SYDNEY, Monday. Probate is being' sought for the will of the late Mr. Justice Higgins, of the High Court, Australia, whose estate is valued at £69,000, including assets in New Zealand. The testator directed that £20,000 should be paid to the Royal Irish Academy toward the publication of Irish manuscripts and for research work dealing with Irish literature, language, archaeology and folk lore; also for scholarships. The Fellow's of the Royal Irish Academy are delighted with the late Mr. Justice Higgins’s bequest, says a United Service message from London. It is most opportune, as at present they are extending the library and are at considerable cost in photographing the celebrated Milan <odox.
