EACH ISLAND WILL BE REPRESENTED CABINET’S DECISION Press Association WELLINGTON, To-day. Representations made to the Minister of Transport, Mr. Veitch, by the Motor Unions’ deputation, were placed before Cabinet yesterday afternoon. Mr. Veitch announced subsequently that Cabinet had decided to give effect to the request that the two unions should be represented separately on the Transport Advisory Council. It was not considered advisable to adopt the other amendments proposed by the unions.
