Fraser, M.P., the Hoii. Dr. W. E. Collins, M.L.C., Dr J <5 Klliott. the Hon. W. E. Triggs I Heaton Rhodes, Sir Lindo Ferguson, mr James Gunson. Mrs. W. H Parke. Messrs. G. Shirtcliffe and W. D Hunt The chairman of the hospital boards and the Mayors of the four centres are to be asked to be ex-officio vice, presidents of the committee A cheque for £I,OOO has been re. ceived by the ’’Evening Post” from Mrs. Tom Dwan to assist in the prevention and cure of cancer. The cheque will be forwarded to the trusU'L - Vew Zealand branch of the British Empire Cancer campaign.
