ARREST OF THE OCCUPIER Reed. 9.5 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. Following the explosion at Earlwood, Frank Massey, occupier of the premises, Avas arrested. Tavo empty petrol tins were found in the ruins. A violent explosion, the cause of which is unknown, Avrecked a boot shop opposite a picture theatre in the suburb of Eariwood early yesterday morning. Fire broke out and the roadAvay was strewn with debris. The picture theatre was damaged, the Avails being cracked. Other buildings were also shaken. The firemen subdued the flames.
