COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waipu, for Surfdale. and the Kawau, for Cowes Bay, were to be dispatched from Auckland at 1.45 p.m. today. The Apanui was to be dispatched from Auckland at noon to-day for Totara North, Houhora, Kaimaumau and Parenga. The Motu for Awanui and "Waipapakauri, and the Coronation for Awanui sailed from Auckland this afternoon. The Rangitoto sails at 9.50 a.m. tomorrow for Kawau Island, returning again at 7.30 p.m. the same day. The Taniwha leaves Auckland at nine o’clock to-morrow evening for Paeroa. She is due back again on Tuesday mornThe Claymore sails from Auckland at 7 p.m. to-morrow for Whangarei. She returns again on Tuesday morning. The Kawau leaves Auckland at nine o’clock on Monday morning for Kawau, Leigh and Mangawai. The Gun bar is due at Auckland over the week-end to load again for the East Coast. The Richardson steamer Awahou, due at Auckland to-morrow from the East Coast, berths at King's Wharf to load. At 5 p.m. on Tuesday she sails again for Hicks Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne. The Tiroa is due at Auckland tomorrow morning from the East Coast. She berths at King’s Wharf, and at noon on Tuesday is to be dispatched from Auckland for Hicks Bay and Gisborne. The Katoa is to be dispatched* from Auckland at three o’clock this afternoon for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin and Bluff. The Waimea sailed from Napier at six o’clock last evening for Auckland. She is due here to-morrow, and will load again for Gisborne and Napier. The Waipiata left Dunedin at ten o’clock last evening for Auckland, via Oamaru, Wellington and Napier. The Wingatui arrived at Timaru at half-past six last evening and is due to leave again at 5 p.m. to-day for Auckland.

The Kurow sails from Auckland at p.m. on Monday next for Portland, thence Wellington and Lj^t+elton.
