Prendergast. of Auckland, galled by the Maunganui to-day for gydney. Mr T. A. Kidd, of To Kopuru, has been’ appointed a director of the Northern Wairoa Co-operative Hairy Companv, Limited, in place of the late Mr. Thomas Bassett, whoso death occurred on Saturday.
