such address being tlie address registered on the subscriber’s certificate of registration, or in his or her garden attached to such dwellinghouse, flat or rooms. (15) £lO if as a result of an accident above described the subscriber shall fracture a leg above the ankle, or an arm above the wrist, or shall sustain a broken Jaw or collarbone. CHILDREN’S ACCIDENTS MG) £5 will be paid to the parent whose name appears on the registration form in the event of an accident to his or her child over the age of 6 and under (he age of Ifi years causing broken arm above the wrist or broken leg above the ankle, providing such accident is the direct result of one of the aforementioned and defined accidents and does not occur during employment. (g) That the total liability In respect of claims arising out of any one railway accident or disaster which result In the death within thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1,000: In any such event the said sum or one thousand pounds (£1.000) will be paid pro rata. <h> That the total liability In respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster, other than railway accidents which results in the death within thirty days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds (£1.000) In the event of such happening the said sum of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata. (i) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber i 9 carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pillioncarrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle (j) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is in a state of intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs. Insanity, war riot or civil commotion (k) That in the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render the holder temporari!)' or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN, whose decision shall be binding upon the parties. (l) That the wife or husband of a Home Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a Home Delivery Subscriber for all the purposes of the coupon. (m) THE SUN reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at fourteen days' notice, such notice to be published in THE SUN. (n) Conditions pre\'iousJy published are hereby cancelled, and the foregoing conditions shall apply until such time as they are altered or withdrawn under paragraph (m). August 23, ID2S.
