The members of the Opposition did not attend. The Prime Minister, Lord Strickland, .cava a forecast of the proposed legislation affecting the constitutional relations between the two Houses. The Nationalist members came trooping in to ths Strangers’ Gallery as Lord Strickland left the Chamber and hooted him, but the Constitutionalist members cheered. Several members were ejected.
