GREENHOUSE SHADING AND VENTILATION
The increased power of the sun makes these two operations of considerable importance. To provide shade, blinds, of course, are best, but failing such, an approved wash must be applied, and this is best done with a brush, afterwards stippling it. When ventilating it is advisable to choose the sheltered side of the house and it is a good plan to ventilate early rather than allow the temperatures to get too high.
