SPED PAST POLICE
MEN IN STOLEN CAR ARREST AT OTOROHANGA Press Association TE KTJITI, To-day. Two men, Clifford Corrin and Patrick Whitelaw, were arrested at Otorohanga for being in possession of a stolen motor-car, the property of Levin and Co., Wellington. The police at Te Kuiti had been advised to watch for the men, but on their arrival here they speeded past the constable, but were captured at Otorohanga. The two men appeared before justices last evening, when Corrin stated that he was swagging it when he was picked up by Whitelaw, who stated he was the agent for an insurance company. Both accused were remanded.
