ENGAGEMENTS POSTPONED British Official 'Wireless. Reed. 12.45 p.m. RUGBY, Tuesday. Lord Cushendun, the Acting-Foreign Secretary, is in bed with a feverish cold. His condition is not serious, hut he will be unable to fultil any engagements for some days. In consequence. Lord Parmoor, the Labour Party peer, who was to have spoken in the House of Lords tc-day on the foreign policy, has postponed his motion.
