IN ANCIENT CARTHAGE
NEXT EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS (Special to THE SUN) WELLINGTON, Monday. That the next Eucharistic Congress will probably be held on the site of the ancient city of Carthage, in Northern Africa, was stated by Mr. E. L. Hearn, of New York, one of the two American laymen selected to accompany Cardinal Ceretti to the Eucharistic Congress in Australia. There has never been a congress in Africa. Carthage was one of the most interesting places in the ancient history of tjre- Mediterranean and to hold a, Eucharistic Congress on such soil would creat profound interest all over the Christian world, .5 Mfc Hearn leaves for Rotorua- tomorrow to take the curative baths there and will leave for Vancouver by the Aorangi on November 20,
