WHEAT, FLOUR, PULSE, ETC. Wheat.—Cargoes are dull, mostly 3d to 6d lower. By unnamed ship to Calcutta, 46s 3d. Parcels are neglected, with similar declines. Liverpool futures: December delivery, 9s 24d per cental; March, Ss 2Jd; May, 9s 2 5-Bd. The spot trade is slow and easier. Australian, ex ship, 495. Flour. —Quiet; Australian, ex store, 345. Oats.—Slow. Australian and Algerian, 27s to 28s; A Gartons, 31s to 335. Peas. —Dull. Blue Tasmanians, £lB to £l9; New Zealand, £l7 to £18; Maples, Tasmanian, 75s to 80s. Beans.—New Zealand, 48s to 50s. BRADFORD TOPS The market is dull. The topmakers slightly advanced quotations, but the users are not responding. Sixty-fours are quoted at 3s 10£d a lb; 60’s, 3s 7£d; 56’s, 2s 9d; 50’s, 2s 4d; 46’s, Is lid; 40’s, Is lOd. PRICE OF GOLD Gold is quoted at 84s Hid an oz. Butter is in better demand, and the newly-arrived supplies are being cleared well. Choicest salted New Zealand is quoted at 174 s to 1765; exceptionally fine, 178 s; Australian, 166 s to 170 s; unsalted New Zealand, 18Gs to 190 s: Australian, 180 s to 182 s; Danish. 1965.
