CALL TO SYDNEY

AUCKLAND MINISTER UNDECIDED NEW UNITARIAN CHURCH SITE A call to the Liverpool Street Unitarian Church, Sydney, has been received by the Rev. Albert Thornhill, minister of the Ponsonby Road Unitarian Church. At a meeting of the church managers last evening, Mr. Thornhill said no decision had been reached about taking the post. The acquisition of a site for a new church in Newton Road was decided on. The section is about 100 yards from the Symonds Street end, and has a commanding view. The property will be bought immediately, and the erection of the church, for which no plans are yet prepared, will take place at a (late dependent on the sale of the present property.
