DAFFODIL DAY
The annual Daffodil Day of the Auckland Victoria League will be held next Friday. The proceeds of the sales will be distributed partly among various youth work organisations, including the Boy Scouts, the Girl Guides and the free kindergartens of Auckland, and the league’s Empire work. Flowers and donations will be received at the league rooms and at the stalls in the city and suburbs.
