SUNSPOTS AND CRIME
DOCTOR’S REMARKABLE THEORY LONDON, August 21. The* remarkable theory, that sunspots cause homicide, suicide and epilepsy, has been '.vanced by Dr. Conyers Morrell. 1 j suggests that, in some unexplained way, sunspot rays and their allied phenomena definitely influence human vitality and stability. “The subject is singularly complex,” says Dr. Morrell, “and until we can ascertain precisely how electro-mag-netic frequencies are emitted during solar stormy, and their influence on the human vital processes, it is difficult to account for such anomalies.
“Investigation shows that solar storms and suicide closely correspond, and there is a less defined relationship with homicide and epilepsy.”
