F. Bennett, Btd., vesterday failed to change hands. The building, which as constructed 111 1920, has 23,930 square feet of floor space while provision was made in the construction for the addition o£ two extra storeys. The frontage to Wellesley Street is 293 ft, and the frontage to bale Street 250 ft. Although there was a good attendance at the sale and were easy, only £3.500 cash being required. no bids were received, and the property was passed in.
