NO BIDS FOR WAREHOUSE BLOCK A brick and concrete warehouse 03! two storeys and a basement situated ori the corner of Wellesley Street West and Sale Street offered at auction on account Ross and Glendining by C. F. Bennett, Btd., vesterday failed to change hands. The building, which as constructed 111 1920, has 23,930 square feet of floor space while provision was made in the construction for the addition o£ two extra storeys. The frontage to Wellesley Street is 293 ft, and the frontage to bale Street 250 ft. Although there was a good attendance at the sale and were easy, only £3.500 cash being required. no bids were received, and the property was passed in.
