STARS FOR COMMUNITY SING

ELSIE PRINCE TO HELP JASPER CALDER Elsie Prince’s smile and Jimmy Godden’s cheerful personality will attract a great crowd to the Strand Theatre tomorrow for the community singing. These two, and Charlton Alorton, from the same company, with the Rev. Jasper Calder, will act as song leaders. Jasper Calder says, “If you own a 1928 model song-book, bring it along,” but with leaders such as these any songs should be successful. Cr. Alfred Eady will be in the chair and Airs. Barrington-Snow will play the accompaniments.
