“THE USUAL THING”

SUPPRESSION OF NAME MOTORIST BEFORE COURT “I understand it is usual for the name to be suppressed,” said Mr. G. P. Finlay, who appeared on behalf of an Auckland motorist who was charged at the Police Court this morning with being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car in Victoria Street on Sunday. “Well, not usual,” said Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., “but I will suppress it in the meantime.” A remand was granted for one week.
