MORE RESTRICTION URGED (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian Press Association.) BALTIMORE, Thursday. The Commissioner-General of Immigration, Mr. H. E. Hull, in an address to members of the Kiwanis Club, advocated the enactment of immigration legislation to impose further restrictions on the entry of “unneeded and undesirable aliens” into the United States from foreign contiguous territory. Mr. Hull said not only was their presence itself objectionable, but they were also displacing American labour.
