Pursuant to Section 131 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, it is hereby notified that a Petition in occordance with regulations, signed by not less than one-fifth of the electors of the area described in the Schedule hereto, has been presented to his Excellency the GovernorGeneral, praying that the said area may be constituted a borough under the said Act, by name the Borough of Shoal Bay. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed constitution, which they desire to lodge, within one month from the first publication of this notice.
