POCOCK SATISFIED

A FTER the fight Pocock made it known through his trainer, Mr. Thomas, that he was satisfied with the decision. He was quite willing to abide by the referee’s decision at any time. But he was not in favour of the hooting. Speaking to a SUN man after the fight, the trainer said that Pocock had not fought as well as usual. If that is so Pocock will be very welcome in Auckland when he fights up to his usual standard. He made a big impression with hia display last night, and if he can improve on it he will be hard to beat in any company.
