A REPORT DENIED The report in an Auckland newspaper that “Miss New Zealand'’ (Dale Austen) is returning to the Dominion on the Makura, due next month at Wellington from San Francisco, is entirely without foundation. “Miss New Zealand” is still under contract at Culver City to Metro - GoldwynMayer. 'Latest advice from Miss Austen was that she was appearing with Tim McCoy in “The Bushranger,” an Australian picture. # • Mrs. R. Vernon, “Miss New Zealand’s” chaperone, is still with her m California.
