Air temperature at 9 a.m., 70 degrees. Temperature in shade yesterday: maximum, 68 degrees; minimum, 52 degrees; maximum temperature in sun, 136 degrees. Bright sunshine yesterday, 7 hours 55 minutes. Minimum temperature on grass, 47 degrees. Direction of wind at 9 a.m., S.E. Velocity wind previous 24 hours. 235 miles.
