RINA MANGU WINS AT LAST Press Association. HOKITIKA, Monday. The Westland Racing Club’s summer meeting opened to-day in perfect weather, with the course dry and fast. The attendance was good. The totalisator handled £8,179 for seven races as against £9,498 for eight races last year. The results are:— Tunnel Handicap. —ll Scrambler, 1; 1 Kenmore, 2; 5 King Cheops, S.
