TAYLOR—MILES

A simple bridal gown of white satin was worn by Doris Beatrice, the elder daughter of Mrs. Miles, of Merthyr, Wales, when she was married to John Reece, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Taylor, also of Merthyr, Wales, at the Beresford Street Congregational Church on Wednesday evening.

A long embroidered veil of silken tulle was caught to the bride’s head with a wreath of orange blossoms and she carried a pretty bouquet of white lilies. The Misses Edna and Vera Griffiths acted as bridesmaid and flower girl, wearing frocks of viola mauve and for-get-me-not blue crepe de chine respectively. Each wore a becoming hat to match her frock and carried a bouquet of harmonising shade. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. Davey as best man.
