COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Hauiti, sailing at two o’clock this afternoon for Coromandel, returns again at 12.15 p.m. to-morrow. The Matangi sails at seven o’clock this evening for Tauranga and returns again at 7 o’clock on Christmas morning. The Rangitoto, which left Auckland shortly after one o’clock this afternoon for Thames, arrives back again at 10.30 o’clock this evening. The Waiuku, returning from Waiheke at six o’clock this evening, sails again half an hour later on the return trip. The Kawau left this morning for Kawau, Leigh and Mangawai. She is due back again at< 3.30 p.m. to-morrow. The Omana, returning at midnight tonight from Kawau, Mullet Point and Matakana, sails again at eight o’clock to-morrow morning for Manly and' Arkle’s Bay. The Ngatiawa sails at nine o’clock tomorrow morning for the Great Barrier and returns again at 11 o’clock the same evening. The Taniwha, arriving from Paeroa at 3.30 a.m. to-morrow, sails again at 1.45 p.m. the same tlay for Surfdale and Ostend. The Claymore arrives at Auckland at five o’clock to-morrow morning from Whangarei and sails again at 1.45 p.m. the same day for Kawau and Algie’s Bay. The Tiroa is due at Auckland late tonight or early to-morrow from the East Coast. She sails again next week for Gisborne. The Kamo, from Bluff and Dunedin, left Lyttelton at 9 p.m. yesterday for Wellington, Napier, and Auckland. After discharge here the vessel loads at Auckland, and sails on December 29 for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. The Kaituna is expected to arrive at Auckland at 9 p.m. to-morrow from Greymouth, via "Westport, and after dis- ' charge undergoes her annual overhaul and survey at this port.
The Waimea arrived at Napier this morning, and sails this evening for Auckland, where she is due on Sunday. On January 4 the Waimea leaves Auckland on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier.
The Kartigi, now loading at. Napier, is expected to return to Auckland about Sunday next. The Kamona is to load at Westport to-day and to-morrow for Auckland, and should arrive here about Tuesday next.
The West Calera should leave Dunedin to-morrow for New Plymouth, then Pacific Coast, to load again for New Zealand. The Gisla clears Welllington to-day for Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Australia, to land the remainder of her Montreal cargo.
The Cumberland sails from Wellington to-day for Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Bluff, to put out the balance of her Liverpool cargo. The City of Lyons arrived at Lyttelton this morning from Wellington, and it is hoped to dispatch her to-morrow for Dunedin and Australia, to complete the discharge of her New York cargo.
KAIRANGA FOR MELBOURNE.-The local office of the Union Company advises that the cargo steamer Kairanga, which arrived at Auckland this morning from West Coast ports, via Wellington and Napier, and berthed at the Central Wharf, will leave. here to-morrow for Melbourne direct.
WAIPAHI FOR SUVA. —From Dunedin via Lyttelton, Wellington and Napier, the Union Company advises that the Island fruit steamer Waipahi is due here about December 29 and will sail the following day for Suva, where she is to load on January 5 for Auckland.
GUN BAR DELAYED. —Spedding, Limited, has been advised that the steamer Gunbar has been delayed on the East Coast and is now expected to arrive at Auckland on December 30. The vessel is to leave here on January 4 on her return trip to Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays.
ULIMAROA FOR AUCKLAND.—Leaving Sydney at noon to-day for Auckland, the local office of Huddart-Parker and Company expects the passenger steamer Ulitnaroa to arrive here early on Tuesday morning next. The vessel is timed to sail from Auckland next Friday at 11 a.m. on her return trip to Sydney.
MATAKANA FOR AUCKLAN D.—Advice has been received by L. D. Nathan and Company that the Shaw, Savffl and Albion steamer Matakana will now leave Wanganui at 2 p.m. to-morrow for Auckland, where she is due on Monday. After loading at this port, the Matakana will sail again on December 30 for Gisborne, Napier and Welington to complete, and is scheduled to clear the latter port on January 12 for London and West of England ports, via Panama.
TAMAROA'S ITINERA RY.— Leaving Wellington at 5 p.m. to-day for Auckland, L. D. Nathan and Company advise that the Shaw. Savill and Albion steamer Tamaroa will arrive here on Sunday. The vessel completes her discharge at this port and leaves on January 2 for Napier and-. Wellington, them she returns to Auckland on January T 3 to complete loading for Home.
