THAT well-known player at the tail of every innings, “ Extras/' put up what must be best performance in Auckland for some time, when he registered 71 for Shore A against Varsity in the Senior B game at Devonport on Saturday. The tail-end scorer was 53 not out the previous day, and by increasing another 18 ‘'Extras” was easily top scorer in the match. 3-2
