THE CHILDREN
Children of to-day are to the car born. This will be one of the greatest factors in reducing motor-car accidents. The young men and women of to-day have not the same training in the principles of safety as the drivers of the next decade will have. The latter have been brought up in the car, and have the knack of safe driving by instinct rather than by learning. Although there will be a great increase in the number of cars on the j streets, the majority of them will be in [the hands of expert drivers.
