RESTRICTING SPEED
BY-LAW TEST CITY COUNCIL APPEALS (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. The hearing was resumed of the case in which the Waipa County Council appealed against the decision of the magistrate, who held that its by-law for restricting the speed of motors on county roads to 25 miles an hour to be invalid.
After hearing the argument advanced Mr. Justice Herdman reserved his decision.
