FORGED CHEQUES
PASSED AT OTAHUHU Some of the shopkeepers of Otahuhu received a mild shock yesterday morning when they presented some cheques received the previous day from a Hying visitor to the town. When informed by the bank manager that the paper was worthless they immediately put the matter in the hands of the police, who got hot on the trail; and state that the “wanted person” known W Uiem.
