DEPORTATION ORDERED CHAMPION PROCRASTINATORS “They are champions at procrastination,” said the collector of Customs. Mr. A. V. Penn, when three Chinese, Fong Sin, Wong See Fong and Yuen Shaw Quan, were charged at the Police Court to-day with remaining in New Zealand longer than the time allowed in their temporary immigration permits.
