\VHEN the congratulatory whoops ** of the Waitemata Power Board had subsided this morning, Mr. E. G. Skeates remarked, apropos of his recent wedding in Sydney, that he had found himself in the predicament of having to "grab" his fiancee immediately or return to Sydney again after Christmas.
