A FULL YARDING PRICES MAINTAINED (Special to THE SUN.) HAMILTON, To-day. The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Ltd., reports: At our week ly stock sale at Frank ton yards yesterday we had a full yarding of fat cattlei and sheep. Values reached were equal to the previous week. There was an average yarding of fat pigs. ant 1 all classes showed an improvement, \ § h was more noticeable in the store The following prices are quoted: Best prime fat steers sold to £ll 15s; prime medium weights, £lO 15s to £ll 10s; light and unfinished young steers, £7; prime heavy Polled Angus cows and heifers, £8 6s to £9 2s 6d; other prime cows, £7 10s; lighter prime cows and heifers, £6 to £7 2s 6d; unfinished cows and heifers, £4 14s to £5; plain, heavy cows, £4 17s 6d to £5 12s; good quality two-year Shorthorn steers, £5 14s; Holstein cross of the same age, £4 5s to £4 17s 6d; yearling and 15-months Jersey and cross heifers, £4 5s to £4 15s; store cows, £2 2s to £3 10s. Sheep.—Prime, heavy, shorn wethers, 29s 9d; prime woolly hoggets, 28s 6d to 29s 3d; medium prime woolly hoggets, 27s to 27s 9d; medium, 25s 3d no 25s 6d; medium quality fat ewes, in wool, 23s to 25s 6d; spring lambs, best 31s, others 21s to 26s 9d.
