TWO MEN CHARGED At the Police Court yesterday George Runey was charged with being found drunk and also with mischief by breaking a pane of glass valued at £22 10s, the property of the Farmers’ Trading Company. On the former charge he was convicted and discharged. On the charge of mischief Constable Heaslip, who represented the police, asked for a remand until October 4. As the accused could not find the £f>o bail, he was remanded in custody. In connection with the breaking of glass a charge of mischief was also made against George McComb, who was also remanded on bail until October 4.
