Caa.ulinn cheese, white and coloured, 102 s to 104 s. Southern Exchanges.—The following sales took place on the Christehnrefc Change on Saturday: National Bank ef Australasia, £lO paid, £l7 Is; Coixmeroial Bank of Australia, 28s Id. 24s 2d; Bank of New South Wales, £42 173 «d; New Zealand Refrigerating, contributing. 6s 7d. 6s 8d; Christchurch Gas, rights, 7d; Beath and Company, cum. dhr., S4s; Goldsbrough, Mort, 44s 6d. Thames Theatre Company.—A net profit for the year, after allowing for depreciation, of £OBI, is the tangible result of operations for the year of the Thame* Theatre Company. This, added to the balance -brought forward from last yi*f, gives a tota? of £1,153 for distrihution. The directors recommend a dividend •* 10 per cent., absorbing £9OO, and the transfer of £2OO to a general reserve account, leaving a balance of £53 to he carried forward.
