TRANSFER DELAYED FURTHER INQUIRIES STARTED (From Our Parliamentary Correspondent) WELLINGTON, To-day. The headquarters of the Director of Maor Hygiene is to remain in Auckland for the time being, the opposition to the proposed transfer to Wellington having convinced the authorities of the need of further consideration. Inuuiry is to be made by the director is to the most suitable centre from ■which to conduct the operations of the division, and pending receipt oi his recommendation, no further action will be'taken in carrying out the cltaiigt.
