TRIAL MATCHES By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright LONDON, Tuesday. At cricket, the North of England, in. its second innings, made 144 for three wickets (Gunn 57). The match was drawn. In the match Gentlemen v. Players, the former, in their first innings, made 271. Tate took four wickets for 55 runs. They followed on and made 204 for three wickets (Jupp not out 101, Haig 85).
