CHARTER OF LABOUR
FASCIST PLAN FIRST COLLECTIVE CONTRACT By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright ROME, Saturday. Widespread interest has been aroused at Cremona in the first collective contract under the recent Fascist Charter of Labour. The employers have undertaken to give the workmen six day's vacation every year on full pay. Workmen who may be discharged for no fault of their own will receive three days’ pay for each year’s service. In the event of a dispute arising the parties have undertaken to resort to conciliation. If this fails, then a provincial tribunal, and, finally, the Fascist Labour Judiciary, whose decision >will be final, will deal with the dispute. —A. and N.Z.—Sun.
