HIS MAJESTY’S

CELEBRITY VAUDEVILLE Two light-footed young Frenchmen, “Les Zenga Freres,” present a simultaneous dance turn which is magical iri its perfection and vastly amusing, at the splendid vaudeville show now at His Majesty’s Theatre. One member of the duo adopts a Harold Lloyd expression and is responsible for most of the comedy. Their description of the origin of modern dancing was highly diverting, especially the origin of the Egyptian dance —an impersonation of a traffic inspector on duty in Queen Street. These dancers have the inimitably French faculty for burlesque. There are many “top-line” turns on the bill including Dick Henderson, English comedian; Rich and Adair in “The Flower Vendor”; Joseph Belmont’s Canary Opera; a novelty act; Marie Lawton, harpist and vocalist; Colin Crane, baritone; the Lee Sisters, trapeze artists; and Stella Lamonde. soubrette.
