band, Alastair Mackintosh, formerly of the British Army. She will sue on the grounds of desertion.
Miss Stewart has been married eight years to the wealthy Washingtonian, Mr. Rudy Cameron Brennen. She proceeds with an action on the ground of incompatability of temperament.—A. and N.Z.
