WHAT TO LOOK FOR
XTOME-BUILDERS often are at a loss to know what points to consider in buying a section, but they need not go far wrong if they bear the following factors in mind when looking for a section:— (a) Water.—-A plentiful supply of good water is essential. (b) Gas, or electric light.— Imagine the troubles that would arise living with candles after one had been used to electric light. (c) Good roads, and also provision for ample footpaths. (d) Transit facilities. —A good point to remember is the advantage of an alternative route in case of unforseen breakdown. (e) Elevation, or height above sea level.
(f) Proximity to place of em ployment.
