‘I’LL BLOW YOUR BRAINS OUT” £4 OR NINE DAYS’ GAOL John Duncan, a man of 47, resented being taken to the police station yesterday afternoon. He as good as said so to Constable Goebel, who arrested him in Victoria Street f Qi' being drunk. On the way to the lock-up Duncan informed the constable (with suitable embroideries) that he would “blow his (descriptive) brains out!” What with he did not say. In the Police Court this morning Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., fined him £1 or 48 hours’ g-aol for being drunk, and £3 or a week’s holiday at the expense of the State for using obscene language.
