LEG RIPPED OPEN (From Our Cwn Correspondent. > OPOTIKI, Tuesday. Yesterday a young man named Athol Gordon, the eldest son of Charles Gordon, while pig-hunting at Pakihi. in the Upper Otara, was savagely attacked by a wild boar. Gordon received a severe rip in his leg between the ankle and the knee. Later he was brought to the Opotiki Hospital and received attention. It is expected that he will remain in the institution a week or more.
