LAYMEN TRUSTEES
THE DINGWALL BEQUEST PRESBYTERY APPOINTMENTS laymen trustees under the Dingwall bequest were appointed by the Auckland Presbytery yesterday. They will be Mr. John Dempsey (St. Luke’s), Mr. Robert Geddes (St. David’s), R. C. Cuthbertson (St. James’s) and Dr. McDougail (St. Andrew’s). The late Mr. D. M. Dingwall left about £250,000 for the foundation of &U orphanage, the trustees to be the minister and one layman from each of the churches mentioned.
