RAMARAMA HUNT CLUB SUCCESSFUL MEET 4 PUKEKOHE, To-day. Despite the unpropitious weather conditions that prevailed on Saturday afternoon, the Ramarama Hunt Club held its opening run over the farms of Messrs. Harrison, P. H. Fox, W. J. D. Sharp, C. B. Raines, S. Glasgow and J. R. Foster. Several hares were raised but there were no kills. Some of the followers were;—P. H. Smith, huntsman, on Harkaway; F* Bickers, whip, on Captain, W. Hassall on Torch, B. Myers on Heather Bell, C. Allen on Salva Boy, J. H. Bradstreet on Marquis, J. N. Ingram on Big Fella, Captain W. J. Brooks on a Lucullus gelding, Airs. W. J. Brooks on Lady Bell, T. Homewood on Ellen Terry, Captain A. G. Quartley on White Feathers, S. Duder on Mona, T. Paton on Laddie, T. Peat on Recovery, JSutherland on Girlie, J. Townsend on Safe Conveyance, C. Atchinson on Mighty Atom, C. Flay on Lightfoot, RH. Carroll on Tago San. G. Sparks on Sandy, M. Jenning on Why Worry, k. J. Crosbie on Sam, M. Wright on Dandy’, B.
