AT WELLINGTON SESSIONS JUDGE’S CONGRATULATIONS Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. The Supreme Court criminal sessions opened before Mr. Justice Alpers to-day. He congratulated the district on the comparatively short calendar of crime, although two Indictments were serious. He was glad to note that there were none of those distressing cases of breaches of trust or embezzlement from employers or Government departments so painfully common in other centres.
